This policy outlines warranty coverage, claim procedures, service options, and terms & conditions for our products. By purchasing from www.aetherion.com, you agree to the terms of this Warranty & Service Policy.

1. Warranty Coverage

Aetherion provides a limited manufacturer warranty for its lithium-ion battery products. The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects – Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Battery Performance Issues – Deviation from expected battery life cycles and efficiency.
  • Battery Management System (BMS) Malfunctions – Issues related to BMS-integrated safety and monitoring functions.

Warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized Aetherion dealers or directly from www.aetherion.com.

  • Warranty coverage is valid from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Batteries used in extreme conditions (excessive discharge cycles, overheating, or improper maintenance) may have limited warranty coverage.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation.
  • Batteries exposed to extreme weather, fire, or water damage.
  • Normal wear & tear, including gradual capacity reduction over time.
  • Tampered or modified batteries, including unauthorized repairs.
  • Failures due to power surges, electrical faults, or incompatible chargers.
  • Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling.

Aetherion reserves the right to inspect and verify warranty claims before approval.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim?

  • Customers must submit a warranty claim request through our online portal or customer support.
  • Provide the original purchase invoice and serial number of the battery.
  • Include a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos, if applicable.
  • Our support team will evaluate the claim and arrange for product inspection, repair, or replacement.

Customers must return the defective product for assessment before a replacement is issued.

5. Repair & Replacement Process

– If a battery fails under warranty, Aetherion will:

  • Repair the faulty unit if possible.
  • Provide a replacement battery of the same model if repairs are not feasible.
  • Offer a pro-rated discount on a new battery if the product is beyond repair.

– Turnaround time for warranty service is 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

– Customers will receive updates via email or SMS regarding claim status and repair timelines.

Replacements are subject to stock availability and production schedules.

6. Out-of-Warranty Repairs & Paid Services

  • Products that are out of warranty can still be repaired for a service fee.
  • Customers will receive a repair cost estimate before any service is conducted.
  • Replacement parts and labor costs will be charged based on the repair complexity.

Customers can opt for extended service packages to cover their battery beyond the standard warranty period.

7. Shipping & Service Centers

  • Customers are responsible for shipping faulty products to Aetherion’s authorized service centers.
  •  If a warranty claim is approved, Aetherion covers the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replaced product.
  • Customers will be notified of the nearest Aetherion service center for warranty claims.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for warranty returns.

8. Extended Warranty & Service Plans

  • Customers can purchase extended warranty coverage beyond the standard period.
  • Extended service plans include priority repair, free maintenance checks, and discounted battery replacements.
