1. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests should be made via email (support@aetherionrenewables.com) or customer service helpline (+91 9876543210).
  • If the order has already been processed for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

B. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Customers may request a return & refund (as per Return Policy) after receiving the product.
  • Return shipping costs may apply if cancellation is requested after shipment.

We encourage customers to double-check their orders before confirming the purchase.

2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect product received.
  • Product does not match the description or specifications mentioned on our website.
  • Cancellation request was approved before shipping.

Refunds are not applicable under the following cases:

  • Change of mind or incorrect order placement.
  • Used, modified, or damaged products by the customer.
  • Customized battery solutions & special orders (unless faulty).

Aetherion reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on eligibility criteria.

B. Refund Processing Time

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI).
  • Customers will be notified via email or SMS regarding the status of their refund.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

3. Return Policy

A. Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  •  To be eligible for a return, the product must:
    Be unused and in its original packaging.
    Include all accessories, manuals, and original invoice.
    Be in resalable condition without signs of tampering or damage.

Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling will not be accepted for return.

B. How to Request a Return?

To initiate a return, customers should:

  • Email support@aetherionrenewables.com with the order ID and reason for return.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  • Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.
  • Ship the product back to the designated return address.

C. Return Shipping Policy

  • If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, Aetherion will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.

 A refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
  • A replacement request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Aetherion will process a free replacement if the issue is confirmed.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Battery Solutions & Special Orders – These items are built per customer specifications and are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Gift Cards & Promotional Discounts – Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Opened Battery Packs & Accessories – Due to safety and quality concerns, opened items are not eligible for return.

Please review the product details before making a purchase to avoid refund/return issues.

6. Disputes & Escalations

  • If a customer is unsatisfied with the refund decision, they can escalate the case to support@aetherionrenewables.com.
  • Disputes will be reviewed within 5 business days, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
  • Refund disputes are subject to the laws of India, and all disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
